Dúchas is both practical and poetic, offering a different orientation to life—one that values local and sustainable, enough-ness over consumerism, and belonging over divides.
In a time where many feel the pressures of rising costs and see the fragility of our energy systems, we will address our practical and emotional needs as well as exploring creative actions we might take.
Duchas also invites a re-wilding of the soul, enabling a shift away from what's depleting within modernity and a moving towards that which truly nourishes and honours all life.

This day is facilitated by Aisling Richmond M.A, Somatic Therapist and Soul Care practitioner. Aisling draws on over 20 years of trainings and professional experience, weaving together body based practices, depth psychology and nature based wisdom to support grounded, relational and r-evolutionary ways of living.
