Join us for a:
Saturday 18th April, The Song House, Falcarragh: 10 am-5.30 pm.
In these times of rapid change and uncertainty,we can find ourselves pulled into urgency and overwhelm, or drifting into disconnection and numbness.
It can be difficult to find our ground—our sense of direction, safety, and trust—and to respond creatively, rather than reactively.
In this day-long gathering, facilitated by Aisling Richmond, you will be invited to slow down, take space, and re-discover the wisdom of your body and the living world around you.
Through a weaving of Somatic and Celtic wisdom, we will cultivate the roots and resilience that allow us to stay present and responsive in uncertain times.
Navigate stress and uncertainty with more ease
Reconnect with your body as a source of grounding and guidance
Tune into your emotional and practical needs
Create a simple, practical plan for daily life

Feel held within a supportive community
Understand a wider worldview and be part of the change.
COST: 75 euros including lunch.
Embodiment brings us back into relationship with our bodies and the earth. When our roots are deep, we can weather the storms life brings—becoming responsive rather than rigid, grounded yet fluid, and open to creative action.
Somatic awareness: learn to read your body's language and how it is a guide to your needs, boundaries, and inner wisdom.
Nervous system education: discover how your body meets stress, with our ancient survival responses of " fight flight freeze fawn". Learn how to access this intelligence rather than be hijacked by it .
Movement & Stillness: express, release stress, and connect to a deeper centre within.
Rest & Nest: restore yourself through deep relaxation.
explore Duchas as a remedy for modernity
Dúchas is both practical and poetic- pointing to both an inner and outer sovereignty that offers an alternative to today's colonial and extractive paradigm.
Duchas offers a different orientation—one that values local and sustainable, and enough-ness over consumerism.
In a time where many feel the pressures of rising costs and see the fragility of our energy systems, we will address our needs and concerns as well as exploring creative actions we might take.
Duchas also invites a re-wilding of the soul, enabling a shift away from what's depleting within modernity and a moving towards that which truly nourishes and honours all life.
